14 units of California CE will be awarded to each participant who successfully complete the Bread and Butter course.  Validity in other jurisdictions is dependant on local rules.

Classes run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m unless otherwise noted.

A light continental breakfast is served starting at 7:30 a.m. before the course each day.

Lunch and dinner are not hosted, although we will coordinate locations to maximize our learning experience.

Class size is limited to two doctor participants per operatory available, in order to assure each participant of a complete implant placement experience.

To reserve class space, course fee(s) and registration forms must be received thirty (30) days in advance of the course start date.

A full refund will be given if notice is given to Six Pillars Seminars thirty (30) days prior to the course start date. No refund will be given if student cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days or less prior to the class start date. The participant can, however, reschedule their course dates.
